Our commercial model for each project is dictated by the needs of the client. Generally speaking, we’ve found that most projects can be accommodated by one of two models:

• Fixed cost or time-and-materials projects. For this type of projects, we agree with the client on the scope of the work to be performed, define mutually acceptable project deliverables and milestone dates, develop the project for the client and invoice accordingly.
  
  
• Risk sharing projects. Some of our clients prefer that we share the project risk with them as it makes for an alignment of interests. For these clients, we charge our effort to the project at a reduced rate and we take a certain percentage of the CERs as and when they materialise. This percentage depends on the size and nature of the project.
